An Interesting Collection

My beloved little Juliana Hatfield plays on the new Peter Gammons record that was released on Tuesday.

I know that jestaplero used to feel that mister gammons disrespected his NY Metropolitans; I do not know if he still harbours a grudge. But, as mister gammons just suffered a brain aneurysm last week and has been quite . . . ill, I'm hopeful that jestaplero can cut him a bit of slack, especially since gammons digs the husker du and appreciates the guitar-playing lady so much...

Speaking of female rockers, to my great annoyance the one Liz Phair song I really really don't like has been playing non-stop in Richmond this week . . .

How is Liz, btw? We've not seen her scantily-clad bod on this site in ages. Just sayin'.

Of which Liz Phair song do you speak? The only one likely to show up on the radio that I personally -- how shall I put this -- don't enjoy as much as everything else she's ever done is "Everything to Me." But that's just me. I'm sure it's a grand song.

And I used to quaff a few in college with Buster Olney, so I like him, too. Great baseball mind, great deadline writer.

Forgot about that one, I'm not crazy about ETM, either. The one of which I spoke : "Why Can't I?" I dunno.

I love "Polyester Bride", Dubster, along w/everything else on whitechocospacegg. It may even be my favorite. The album certainly is --
